QMAC completed, on time and to the £2.8m budget, the provision of an office block refurbishment on the site known as The Apex Building, Butcher Street, Londonderry. The scheme was provided over four storeys with a floor area in excess of 35,000 sq ft.

Refurbishment works at O’Kanes Funeral Home, Belfast which included the external stone and plaster moulding repairs and also the refurbishment of the small chapel situated within the building. The project was based in a busy city centre and building remained in operation throughout the construction period. QMAC ensured public safety by providing alterative pedestrain routes for staff and members of the public.

QMAC successfully delivered the design and build of a business park at Bluestone Industrial Estate Craigavon consisting of nine industrial units, substantial car parking, associated site works and an access road.
