The building works compromised of the demolition and new build to front façade of the building with feature stonework. Works also included the extension and refurbishment of the theatre, existing car park and the creation and refurbishment of pedestrian walkways and a childs play area. The scheme was handed over with zero defects, on time and to budget.

The refurbishment consisted of the reception area, swimming pool, associated changing facilities and weights room, following flood damage.

The scheme consisted of a refurbishment of the existing building and the provision of a new extension to provide a multi purpose sports hall.
