QMAC awarded Enniskillen Presbyterian Church Hall Contract

QMAC Construction has been awarded the contract to construct a new Guild Hall and carry out remedial works at Enniskillen Presbyterian Church.

The work will consist of the demolition of the Old Church Hall and construction of a new specially designed hall to meet the growing needs of the Church. In addition remedial works will be carried out to the Main Church Building.

Rhona Quinn, Joint Managing Director of QMAC is delighted to have been awarded the contract. “This is a very prestigious job and we are privileged that we have been chosen to take on this important Heritage project. The building dates back to 1676 and with QMAC’s experience we are confident that we can complete this project to very high standard whilst respecting the rich history of the building.

The project will be completed within fifteen months.

QMAC Construction seeking to recruit an experienced Estimator

The Estimator is to take responsibility for the full Estimating function within the Company. This is a new position reflecting the expansion plans of the Company over the next three years. The role will involve working with the Bid Team and taking responsibility for the pricing of multiple projects in the Private, Commercial, Public and Social Housing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a number of years experience in estimating within the construction industry and have relevant third level qualifications. A detailed understanding of NEC and JCT contract forms will also be essential.
