Construction of Avondale Heights, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow

The €3m+ project involved the construction of Phase 1 of a housing development for Wicklow County Council. The development, at Avondale Heights, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, comprises 20 energy-efficient one, two, and three-bedroom homes for families and individuals.

Speaking at the official opening of the housing development, the Cathaoirleach of Wicklow County Council, Cllr Pat Vance, said,
“Today heralds the first of many official openings that will take place over the coming months and years as Wicklow County Council vigorously progresses its development programme under the Rebuilding Ireland banner”.

Speakers praised the work of QMAC Construction and pointed out the high quality of craftsmanship.
