Refurbishment of Babs Pottery, Coleraine

The project involved alterations and the conversion of existing Listed stone outbuildings into a pottery studio (including throwing space, glazing space and packaging space), as well as a small café with ancillary kitchen space and a display shop area. An annex to the main dwelling was renovated to create a separate living area with kitchen space in the existing curtilage of the main dwelling footprint. The work also included a new access road. The project was successfully completed in 2020.
