Construction of Housing at Drumellan Park, Craigavon

Located on a site Drumellan Park, Craigavon, the c. £1m project involved the construction of new dwellings, site-works, landscaping, forming new site access, footpaths, adopted roads & adopted parking bays with associated drainage and underground utility services.

The completed schedule of accommodation comprises:

• Three five-person, three-bedroom bungalows.
• One five-person, four-bedroom bungalow.
• One four-person, three-bedroom bungalow.

The project was successfully completed in April 2022 – eight weeks ahead of schedule. The client was Choice Housing Association.
