Refurbishment Work to Commence at Kerrington Court

A new project is set to commence at Kerrington Court in Belfast. The building, which is managed by Radius Housing, is a three-storey residential facility that provides high quality accommodation exclusively for the over 55s. The multi-element improvement contract will include internal and external refurbishment work. The 34-week project is due to commence in late November.
