New Refurbishment Project to Commence

A new £3m+ contract has been secured to carry out refurbishment and upgrade work to sheltered accommodation managed by Radius Housing. The planned work includes, new floor finishes, ceiling replacements, fire upgrade work, insulation upgrades, door replacements, roof cleaning, rainwater goods replacements, handrailing replacements, redecoration, signage upgrades, site cleaning and repairs, as well as associated mechanical and electrical services work.
The work, which will be carried out across separate blocks of apartments, is scheduled to commence on Monday 13th January and be complete by November.

The client’s key consultants involved in this project include Whittaker & Watt Architects, Wright & Partners, and Williams & Shaw.
