Rhona Quinn

Chairperson, FCIOB

Rhona is one of the founding members of QMAC and currently provides leadership to the Board, overseeing strategic development while ensuring a strong ethos of corporate governance. 

Peter Quinn

Director, MCIOB

Peter is the other founding member of QMAC and has a vast wealth of experience in the construction industry. Peter takes a hands-on role in ensuring operational demands of the company are met.

Eddie O’Neill

Managing Director, FCIOB

Eddie has 40 years experience in the industry and has been involved in the construction of many of the province’s major landmark buildings. Eddie is responsible for the strategic growth of the organisation and ensuring the targets and policies of the Board are adhered to.

Sean Mullen

Senior Contracts Manager, BSc Construction Management

Sean is responsible for the operational delivery of all projects undertaken by QMAC. Sean has exceptional organisational and management skills which combined with his construction knowledge makes him an invaluable member of the QMAC team. Sean ensures that every project is delivered on programme and in accordance with agreed quality standards.

Dominic Donnelly

Senior Quantity Surveyor, BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying & LLB (Hon)

Dominic manages a team of quantity surveyors and buyers in QMAC. He ensures that QMAC develop cost effective solutions to match the client’s budget and requirements. Dominic also manages the company’s comprehensive supply chain and is responsible for the appointment of new suppliers.

Martin McGuigan

Financial Controller, FCA, BA (Hons) Accounting

Martin oversees all financial, corporate and statutory responsibilities of the organisation. He provides monthly cost reports for each project and also manages the company’s payment system.

Michael McCarney


Michael is responsible for negotiating and obtaining quotations for all aspects of a project including identifying potential new suppliers and products. He also assesses the reliability of sub-contractors, suppliers ensuring the flow of materials to site. Michael works closely with our contracts managers and the commercial team ensuring timely and cost effective solutions are in place to meet the demands of the contract programmes.

Jude Jackson

Business Development Manager

Jude is responsible for managing the Business Development Team with the relevant skills required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and process. This is a challenging role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Ryan Gillett

Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Manager

Ryan is employed as the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager. His primary role is advising the company, at all levels, on related aspects which in turn maintains a safe workplace and environment. Over a number of years Ryan has developed a portfolio which includes: general construction, civil engineering and road infrastructure projects. His focus is on front line safety management with a view to reduce accidents in the workplace, pursued by embracing a pro-active approach to his profession. Day to day Ryan manages the internal management systems of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001, enabling the company to tender for new projects.
