Construction of New Housing Development at 20-24 Main Street, Ahoghill

Located on a brownfield site in the centre of Ahoghill, the £1.5m project involved the construction of:

• Two three-person, two-bedroom houses.
• Three Three-Person, two-bedroom apartments.
• 11 two-person, one-bedroom apartments.

The client was Choice Housing Association. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
