QMAC successfully delivered, on time, and within budget, a £2.9m housing scheme on behalf of Apex Housing Association at 70 Granville Road, Dungannon. The scheme consisted of 24 person supported housing unit plus 8 houses (5person/3bedroom) using a NEC contract built to Secure by Design, Considerate Constructors Scheme and Lifetime Homes standards.
QMAC successfully delivered, on time, and within budget, four townhouses and six apartments on behalf of Helm Housing Association at Cromwell Close, Lisburn. The construction of the scheme was based upon timber frame construction and the design ethos was that of Eco-Homes; with great emphasis on the rating and the standard of insulation utilised. The location of the scheme dictated that consideration and care of neighbours was a principal concern.
QMAC successfully delivered, within allowable time and permitted budget, a £2.88m housing scheme on behalf of Oaklee Housing Association at Old Tempo Road, Enniskillen. The scheme consisted of the delivery of eighteen dwellings and four apartments together with substantial engineered piling and site development works.
