Refurbishment of Bann View Social Space Complete

A c. £200,000 project, which involved fast-track refurbishment work to the social space within Block CE at the Ulster University Coleraine campus, was undertaken in spring/summer 2024. The work comprised:

• Internal alterations to walls and doorways.
• New floor, wall, and ceiling finishes.
• Electrical services: removals, new LV power and outlets, new containment and distribution, new general lighting and controls.
• Installation of audio-visual equipment.
