Refurbishment Underway at Braid Valley, Ballymena

A new contract has been secured with Northern Health and Social Care Trust. The aim of the project is to create weathertight, useable, and compliant space within the old redundant Boiler House at Braid Valley, Ballymena. The work involves:

• Making the external of the building weathertight including the roof, walls, windows, and doors.
• The installation of a low-pressure hot water (LPHW) heating system.
• The provision of general lighting, a fire alarm, small power, and data access control.

Work commenced on site on 7th March 2022. Some supply chain opportunities are still available; all enquires are welcome.
